Connecting Airport Assistance (International to Domestic Terminal or Vice Verse) is a personalized service designed to ensure a smooth, efficient, and stress-free transfer between international and domestic flights. Our professional airport representative meets passengers upon arrival from the international flight and provides full escort assistance throughout the connection process.
Upon landing, guests are welcomed at the aircraft gate or arrival terminal with a personalized name sign. Our representative guides passengers through immigration clearance (normal line), assists with baggage claim, and supports customs procedures.
After completing arrival procedures, passengers are escorted to the domestic terminal, including assistance with inter-terminal transfers by buggy car. At the domestic terminal, we assist with domestic airline check-in, baggage re-drop if required, and escort passengers through security screening. Guests are then guided to the boarding gate or Executive Lounge and provided with updated flight information, ensuring a timely and worry-free connection.

- Priority Airline Check-in assistance to onward flight

Service Exclude:
- VOA (Visa on Arrival payment IDR 650.000 per person for 30 days stay).
- Bali’s tourist levy (tax holiday) IDR 150.000 per person
- Executive lounge at departure terminal
