How can I make booking?

Can I make a last minutes booking?

Currently you can only make bookings at least 24 hours before departure. For last minute bookings you contact us by live chat, WhatsApp or email.

What happens after I make the booking?

Once you have chosen service then you will be asked to provide some personal details. After you have confirmed these details you will be able to choose your method of payment, once you have completed your payment you will receive an automatic email confirmation with all the details of your booking with your e-tickets attached.

Do I need to upload my passport?

No. We understand that a passport has your important data. We will take care of the  service from your given details.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your arrival.

Can I change my booking date?

Yes you can change your booking date by sending us messages via email or WhatsApp.

Is there any booking fee if i cancel my booking?

Cancellation made outside 48 hours before the commencement of the Service are free of charge.

Full cancellation would be made within 24 hours before time of service.

My flights got delayed, how is my booking?

Sorry to hear that, but do not worry. Our team will always update your flight as long as your flight number is still the same. Otherwise you can also inform us via WhatsApp or email.

Where will the representative meet me ?

Arrival   : Our staff will be waiting for you at or near the end of the air-bridge or air corridor, The representative will be holding a sign with the “passenger” name.
