Assist at VOA counter if any (VOA payment). Directed to the Immigration Counter with a short queue (normal line). Than handle baggage & escort through Customs clearance until meet your driver or family members at arrival hall. A Welcome greeting by flower garland and refreshment.
Service Includes:
- Meet & Greet inside the airport at avio bridge.
- Registration “All Indonesia Arrival Card “ for Immigration, Customs, Health & Quarantine Declaration.
- Assist at Visa on Arrival counter if any (VOA payment)
- Directed to Auto Gate Immigration Line (normal line)
- Luggage handling & porter service
- Escort through Customs
- Welcome flower garland & refreshment (cold towel & mineral water)
- VIP parking at arrival hall
Service Exclude:
- VOA (Visa on Arrival payment IDR.650.000, – per person for 30 days stay).
- Bali’s tourist levy (tax holiday) IDR 150.000 per person

Booking Requirements
- Please input your flight details at the checkout page
- Please input complete name for all passenger
- Please upload your copy passport (required to register e-arrival card ‘allindonesia application’)
- Your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months until the date of departure and/or arrival
