Assist at VOA counter if any (VOA payment). Directed to the Immigration Counter with a short queue (normal line). Than handle baggage & escort through Customs clearance until meet your driver or family members at arrival hall.

- Registration “All Indonesia Arrival Card “ for Immigration, Customs, Health & Quarantine Declaration.
